Today, me and my aunt made dinner roll and cream puff. We've been attending baking lessons for the last 3 weeks and though I am not really satisfied with the quality of training they give, I have learned quite a few things. It's a good thing that my mother gave me a Baking 101. It has made the training easier to do. I love baking. It has this magic that transforms flour, butter and eggs into something totally different like cakes and cupcakes. :) One of these days, I will practice more new recipes. :)
